Warranty/ Returns

Lark Fontaine, LLC warrants that its fabrics will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years
after your product purchase. If there is a manufacturing defect that affects the durability or performance of the
fabric, such as a defect in the weave, please return the uncut fabric along with the original purchase order for
review of your purchase. The fabric will be inspected and the nature of the problem determined. If there is a
manufacturing defect, the fabric will be replaced with an identical fabric (or an equivalent fabric if the original
fabric is no longer available). The above warranty constitutes Lark Fontaine’s exclusive warranty with the mill
related to its products. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, including the warranty of
merchantability, or fitness or a particular purpose. These warranties give specific legal rights. Other rights may
vary according to where you live. The Lark Fontaine, LLC warranty specifically excludes damages to the fabric
caused by the misuse of the fabric, such as tears or punctures. The entire liability of Lark Fontaine, LLC related
to the products purchased is to repair or replace the fabric product (but not any item into which the fabric
product is integrated or any associated labor costs), and any claim for damages is limited to the purchase price
of the product. In no event will Lark Fontaine, LLC be liable for consequential or incidental damages, including
lost profits, labor, other materials or installation costs. Please note that all fabric is to be inspected by the
fabricator or customer before cutting. Once cut, all warranties will be voided and reviewed on a case by case
basis. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on cut yardage fabric (50 yards or less.   For piece goods (51 yards or more), we will accept returns with a 25% restocking fee.  The customer will be held responsible for the return freight charges.
